Percy Msapa has worked for various architectural practices for the first nine years and in 2007 started his own practice (MSAPA Architectural Design), focusing on exclusive individual residences. 

 MSAPA Architects undertakes to do the work in a concise way, providing practical architecture and efficient service delivery. This is one of MSAPA Architects top achievements.
